**This meeting was originally scheduled for April 13, 2021 but was moved to April 20, 2021 as a special meeting by request of the Board.

As per the City of Cranbrook Board of Variance Bylaw #3653, the Board will meet on the second Tuesday of February, April, June, August, October and December. Applications must be received by 12:00 noon at least 20 calendar days prior to the scheduled meeting date. Information packages for board members, letters to applicant, letters to applicant’s neighbors and meeting agenda must be sent out a minimum of 10 working days prior to the scheduled meeting dates. Decisions to be mailed out within 7 days of the scheduled meeting date.

Meetings are held at 3:30pm in the Council Chambers at City Hall.

A special meeting can be held at any time if all the board members are available and there is sufficient time to get the required information packages out. If the application is allowed by the Board, a permit must be obtained within 180 days of the date of the decision of the Board.
