Taking care of approximately 198 km of paved roads and about 43 km of unpaved lanes and streets across the City is a big job.
Our crews clear snow, sand, repair and clean our streets. They take care of public parking lots, sidewalks and pedestrian pathways; roadway and surface drainage channels, structures and storm sewers. To ensure traffic moves safely, they also maintain traffic and pedestrian signals, street lighting, regulatory and information signage.
