Cranbook
As per the City of Cranbrook Board of Variance Bylaw #3653, the Board will meet on the second Tuesday of June, August, October, and December. Applications must be received by 12:00 noon at least 20 calendar days prior to the scheduled meeting date. Information packages for board members, letters to applicants, letters to applicant's neighbors and meeting agenda must be sent out a minimum of 10 working days prior to the scheduled meeting dates. Decisions to be mailed out within 7 days of the scheduled meeting date.
Meetings are being held at 3:00pm MT in the Engineering Boardroom located at 1212 2nd Street North.
A special meeting can be held at any time if all the board members are available and there is sufficient time to get the required information packages out.
If the application is allowed by the Board, a permit must be obtained within 180 days of the date of the decision of the Board.
