Cranbrook, BC (October 13, 2023) – The King Street rail crossing will be closed to all traffic for the day starting at 8am on Monday, October 16, 2023. BA Blacktop will be paving along the tracks following work completed on the crossing by CP Rail earlier this year.
Drivers needing to access the Slater Road area including Pinewood Elementary School must use the Jimsmith Lake crossing, the 3rd Street NW or the 6th Street North crossing instead.
