Cranbrook, BC (October 16, 2023) – Some maintenance work on the pool deck tiles at the Aquatic Centre at Western Financial Place will require temporary closure of the pool to the public for a portion of the day Thursday, October 19 and Friday, October 20, 2023.
The pool will be closed from 6am to 2pm on Thursday, October 19, and from 8:30am to 12:30pm on Friday, October 20, 2023. Crews will be using heavy equipment, which will create a lot of noise and dust.
This closure will impact lessons and classes including Aquafit during these times only. All late afternoon classes and pool times on Thursday and Friday, along with all weekend lesson and swim times are not to be impacted.
We apologize for the inconvenience this work may cause our users. We will do our very best to have our facilities back open as soon as possible.
