Request For Proposal - Drinking Water & Watershed Monitoring, Sampling & Laboratory Services

The City is seeking proposals from BC Ministry of Health accredited laboratories in performing sample analysis for the City’s Drinking Water Quality Monitoring Program. The contract will be for a period of three years, with the option for a two year extension at the discretion of the City.

Proposals must be submitted before 2:30:00 pm, local time, Wednesday, May 7, 2025, by one of the following methods:

a)    Hard Copy Submission – Sealed envelopes labeled with the Bidder’s name, project name and City’s name to:

Late submissions will be rejected. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals submitted.
