Western Financial Place is the premier recreation and entertainment complex in the Kootenay region of British Columbia. The venue is located in B.C.’s beautiful south-east corner, serving a population of 70,000. Ninety percent of the population resides within a 150 km radius of Cranbrook. Another 50,000 people live in the adjacent Nelson-Creston region. Western Financial Place is the only venue in the region hosting large concerts and events.
Hosting 4050 seats, plus 1000 floor seats, the WFP is configurable in a variety of set-ups. The venue hosts a variety of special events throughout the year, and is the home to the B.C. Hockey League’s Cranbrook Bucks.
Cranbrook is ideally located for shows routing through Vancouver, Kelowna, Kamloops, Calgary and Lethbridge. Our location on Highways 3, 93 and 95 allows for easy access to the Alberta market to the east, the Lower Mainland and Okanagan to the west, and Spokane, Washington is only four hours south.
