Cranbrook, BC (July 5, 2021) – To help residents not miss their garbage and curbside recycling collection dates, the City of Cranbrook is now offering pickup reminder notifications directly to your phone through our 311 app.
This is a brand-new feature to the suite of services available for the public to access through the 311 app.
To register, simply download our app for your Android or Apple product for free through Google Play or the App Store. From the home screen on the app, press the ‘Solid Waste Reminders’ icon, and follow the prompts. You will need to confirm your verification through both your email and text to receive the reminders.
