Cranbook
Sandbags are made using a centuries old technique that has changed very little. Bags are made from different materials including treated burlap and plastic. Sandbags filled one-half to two-thirds full should generally be left untied.
Sandbags are usually available to residents at a do-it-yourself fill station next to the City’s Public Works yard on Cobham Avenue. You are encouraged to bring your own shovels. Please call 311 if you have questions or for more information.
