Individual purchases under $10,000 do not require competitive bids, but are based on the price lists of known suppliers.
Purchases $10,001 to $74,999 require a minimum of three (3) written quotations.
Purchases $75,000 and over undergo a competitive bid process. These bid packages are posted on BCBid or on our City Tenders page.
