Cranbrook, BC (February 8, 2019) – The City of Cranbrook reminds customers of the changes in frequency in which you will be receiving utility bills. Utility bills will begin arriving at the end of March, July and November of each year.

The City’s utility bill covers water, sewer, garbage collection and landfill fees for your home or business.
Homeowners who traditionally pay their utility bills for the full year on or before the end of February each year to receive the 5% discount, now have until April 30th to take advantage of the discount.
The total amount paid in 2019 will remain unchanged from the 2018 utility rates for all customers. Residential customers will pay $59.50 per month if they have garbage pick-up and $52.00 per month if they do not.
