Cranbrook, BC (December 21, 2022) – The warming centre opened at First Baptist Church on 14th Avenue South Tuesday night will be shutting its doors, after not getting any users.
Instead, First Baptist is shifting its support behind a warming centre opened at the Alliance Church on Kootenay Street North Tuesday night as well.
The Alliance Church centre is open again tonight from 7pm through until 9am on Thursday. The warming centre will be open and available for those who may need it through until Friday night.
