Cranbrook, BC (March 15, 2020 @ 9:44pm) -- Effective Monday March 16, we have cancelled all swimming lessons at the aquatic centre at Western Financial Place.

The pool will remain open for aquafit classes and swimming for now, but that may change on short notice. Those registered in lessons can get a full refund or get full credit on their account.

We will continue to monitor this situation closely in partnership with Interior Health and the Ministry of Health following their direction and guidance. We thank you for your patience and understanding during this time.

A reminder that the hot tub, sauna and steam room also remain closed. That closure was based on recommendations from the Lifesaving Society around COVID-19, on Friday evening (March 13). Staff will continue to evaluate this situation moving forward. Please see the image included with this post for full details.
